Return policy

Any goods not in conformity with the order will be refunded without any charge upon receipt and if reported within 7 days.

Any standard goods conforming to the order but cancelled after shipment will be refunded at 65%.

Any personalized or custom-made goods conforming to the order but cancelled after shipment are non-refundable.

Any damage to the goods prior to receipt will be covered by our company, provided it is stated on the carrier’s delivery document.
