Shipping your order
After receipt of payment, items are generally shipped within:
- 5 days for standard-sized products;
- 10 days for custom-made products.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and shipping. Preparation and shipping costs are fixed for packages up to 2000 mm long, while shipping costs vary depending on package lengths above 1200x800x2000 mm. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping charges apply to each order.
Your package is shipped at our risk, but you must pay special attention to it upon receipt and MUST be noted on the carrier's document. No other dispute or return will be considered if it is not included.
The packaging dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
